NOAA used to have best weather app

I live in Colorado so when I make a decision on hiking weather apps are important the noaa weather on the net is still accurate but when you dont have access to a computer an app is your go to for instance weather calls for 60% chance precip from 2 pm on for location iam hiking 30% 11am till 2 pm that tells me a lot but app just says 20% chance afternoon 60% and 20% is a huge swing of inaccuracies and at one time I trusted this app
